shipping
when will my order ship?
orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, approximately 1-4 business days after the order is placed.
how will my order be shipped?
all orders are shipped with standard eco-post service and takes an average 5-15 days to deliver.
do you ship internationally? will I be charged duties and taxes?
yes. any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
what is my order status?
you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been processed. please allow for 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available.
what happens if my order is returned?
if the carrier returns your order to us because the address is undeliverable or there was an error in the address when it was entered on getkok.com, we will contact you for further instruction.
my package never arrived! tracking says my package was delivered but I can’t find it.
contact the mail service provider you selected at checkout, they are responsible for the delivery of your package. you can submit a claim for missing mail, or call customer service to get the details of your package and delivery.
